The aim of this blog is to show that Barbara's Dad (of Barbara Does Delicious) also cooks delicious, but not necessarily from "delicious" We enjoy travel and one of the most enjoyable things about travel is experimenting with local cuisine - from street stalls in Mumbai or Jakarta to 5 star restaurants. the next challenge is to be able to cook these dishes for friends when you return home - hence this blog. | |||||||
